There are three pricing plans to choose from. Basic is available for a maximum of 3 users. It is ideal for companies or professionals without previous experience with CRM software who want to check its main features. Basic plan starts at $19 (billed annually) per user/month. The most popular option is Professional, which starts at $49 per user/month (billed annually). It is suitable for most small and medium companies. Business is a plan for the most demanding sales teams and companies operating on bigger scale. It is the most expensive option ($119 per user/month). There is a 14-day free trial available. Credit card is not required.

Copper Features

All plans come with a G Suite integration. In Professional and Business there is an additional email open tracking feature. Task and workflow automation is available only in Professional and Business. The plans differ in available storage space (Basic: 2 GB, Professional: 200 GB, Business: 500 GB) and few more parameters (number of records, custom fields, email templates etc.). Goal tracking and leader boards are available only in Business.

 

Automatic data capture

Thanks to the integration with email and other online services the software can automatically look for new customers. Contact details are filled and new lead can be easily added to the base with a single click.

 

Email tracking

Copper offers a built-in tracking software for Gmail. It enables sales team to monitor engagement in real-time (notifications when messages or files are opened, links clicked and more).

 

Workflow automation

The solution helps to improve sales processes efficiency thanks to a set of automation tools. A set of actions can be easily set up based on various triggers. 

 

Pros and cons

Copper offers a lot of flexibility and automation features. It is worth noting, however, that the solution would prove its worth only for professionals using Google services.

What Copper is not about

Copper offers a wide range of functionalities, which fall into a CRM (customer relationship management) software definition. However, it is not a sales processing solution with invoicing, stock control and payment accepting. The software does not work as an email campaign manager (newsletter management, marketing campaigns) as well.

 

Customer Support

Copper offers an online knowledge base with answers to the most common questions. Users can contact support team using the Copper app. Support requests can be submitted via a dedicated help center page as well. Additionally, an onboarding package and customer success manager are available as extra features. The support team is recognized for helpfulness and good response time.
